The Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution talks about equal protection for all citizens.

The Fourteenth Amendment has the Equal Protection Clause. The Equal Protection Clause says, "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States..."
