1980’s

It is the 1980’s. Many Americans look back on World War II. They are upset at the way our government treated Japanese-Americans. The Supreme Court decides it made the wrong decision in Korematsu vs. United States. The Supreme Court says it was wrong to take away the rights of Japanese-Americans. But they also decide the government does have the right to suspend trial by jury in times of war.
